Return Policy is:
- Items can be returned only if there’s a visible defect that was not mentioned before.
- The defect has to be highlighted as soon as the dress is received by the buyer.
- It has to be returned the same day otherwise no return
Once we receive back your parcel, we will contact you via call/email within 7 working days after your return has been processed. You will then be issued your refund or exchange voucher.
